Visibility in standard ticket summary

Hello experts,

Is there any way to manage the visibility of standard ticket summaries?

For example.

If I have the field ProcessingTypeCode = "ZFAC" that shows a certain summary and if it is different, shows another?

Only those that correspond to that type of selected data are displayed.

Hello Lucho,

It sounds like you are talking about modifying a standard screen developed by SAP to show you records based on filtering criteria. In the scenario you mentioned, you are not able to define additional filter parameters in the controller tab in the UI Designer.

Let us take the Surveys facet on the Ticket TI. There is a ListPane which is displaying data from a business object node. This has been offered by the standard development team. The only thing which we have the possibility of doing is adding a "Sorting" option in the UI. You can use the Edit Master Layout option to apply these sorting indexes.

In a custom screen, I am sure we could apply some Ruby Script to determine the outcome in the UI screen based on the type code.. 😉 .
