Verify which release codes an user is assigned

I am facing a problem that I haven't found answer so far. Maybe you can help me:

I need to check which release (strategy and group) codes are assigned for a specific user, in purchase documents. For example: I want to know in which release strategies the user 04931562 participate. How can I proceed?

I checked the table T16FS, but only shows about the groups and rules, not who is in that group
