Printing User-Defined Queries

Hello:

Attached is a query that I created, as well as the resulting report that I created in Layout Designer.

As you'll notice by reviewing the report, the fields are not visible. How do I widen the columns? I can't seem to find a way to do so, in Layout Designer.

Thank you!

John

I figured this out. You have to double-click on the report on the "Reports" tab - not the template on the "Templates" tab.

Go to tools > queries > Query print Layout > template and Double click to edit layout and adjust colomns widths

    Hi Johns,

Select all fields from layout designer and Go to Properties - Multiple fields > General > Width

    Thank you,

    Hello:

Again, how can I see the fields? They're not "there".

    Hello:

Thank you, for the quick responses!

But, I cannot see any fields. So, I do not know how to select them to adjust their width. The image below shows this.

    • Hi,

As you mentioned above, you have created a query and its resulting report "Daily Input Report".

You should open the report in order to see the fields and then adjust their width.

Go to Query Print Layout > Reports > and double click on the report entitled "Daily Input Report" or

go to "Report and Layout Manager" where you can search for all your PLD reports.

      Thank you,

      Aziz

    Hi There:

But, I cannot see the fields, as shown in the screenshot in this thread.

    How can I access them?
