Web viewer not leeting FOLD\ Unfold

Hi All,

Environment BO XI 3.1 SP2

Create a report based on EFashion take objects State, city, store name, sales revenue.

Apply break on State City.

Enable the Fold \unfold bar from the top right side.

Insert another report with same objects and set a section on State.

Enable the Fold \unfold bar from the top right side.

Save this report.

Go to preferences and change the web intelligence and Select a default view format to u201Cwebu201D

Now again open the report in view mode.

Observer that we are not able to use the fold option one first report however we can use it on second report with sections.

Additionally if we change the preferences to choose interactive as default view format we can use fold in first and second report as well.

The web viewer is not letting us to choose fold\unfold.

Any suggestions most welcome

I'm just now looking into Fold/Unfold myself (I'm not even seeing the option to let me do it, hence my perusal of the forums). According to the information in the 'Building Reports with the Web Intelligence Java Report Panel' manual, Section 11, pg. 110:

'Folding and unfolding tables and breaks is supported by the Web Intelligence Java Report Panel and Web Intelligence Rich

Client only.'

That may explain why it's not working for you using the web viewer.
