MRP And Reorder Based Planning In Combination

Dear Sir / Madam

In a scenario for finished Product I want to use MTS Senario and for raw material i want to use reorder based planning. Is it possible to plan finish good and raw material with a single MRP run MD02.

Hi Dhiraj,

Re-order point not requirement dependent but was a consumption based relevant to stock level so should run separately

MRP only consider PD type while planning

Hello ,

As per Standard SAP process, If you're gonna use Consumption based planning , then Dependent Requirement for the parent material will not available for the planning.
