Hi ,

I am using the MSS Create Requisition & using Extended Requisition Request Adobe Interactive form .For some reasons the following are not showing up in Drop down :

If i choose one Value from Drop Down than Based on that another field should get populated & shows dropdown but in Case of 1 & 2 in Some Computers it is happening & in Some it is not .I have tried changing Adobe reader versions and Also the internet eplorer versions but still dont know what causing it. Same Version of IE & Adobe works in some & doesn't works in others.I think it is some System or IE setting but dont know.

1.Qualification - Qualification Group shows up ,but after selecting one ,the qualification & profieciency does not show

2.Salary Range - After selecting the Salary

These fields are showing no value in Drop down whereas in tables thay are configured. Is there a way where in SFP ,in Form at backend i can check whether these fields are getting values or not.if yes please tell me the procedure.

3. Recruiter - No one is shown eventhough i have Support team in System

4.Branches - I have braches created by Administrator but does not show in drop down .

Need help.

Regards

Poonam

Hello,

are you sure you´re using the proper Library components? Maybe you can use the EnumeratedDropDown? Or maybe that is beause of your layout type? What is your form layout type anyway?

Hi poonamrtiwari,

I think the logic is done by executing javascipt. On the different computers, you should [Verify Java Version|www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp] and see if there are different versions installed.
