When we try to change benefits on portal (ESS), we get the error below.
Pre-tax indicator for plan MED2 has incorrect value. It was working alright few days back. I am able to change the benefits from the backend.Please advice

Which benefit are you trying to modify?
Did you made some modification on the system recently, like applying some notes or SP?
Are you using the standard iview? Can you change the benefits by using the standard service?
If I remember correctly this service (for US) is reachable via URL:
http://server:PORT/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/essusbenmed/Per_Benmed_US
