CRM Business Package in Portal

Hi,

I have uploaded the CRM business package into portal. When I assign the role to my user and click on the iview. I get a blank screen with just the top header and no contents in it. Portal is connected to the CRM system and the alias is maintained corrected. Permissions are also correct. In the backend the corresponding role is also assigned in SU2. Is there some other config. which needs to be maintained ?

Standard role assigned is

ep.bp_crm.chm-cm.CHM-CM
