I have to create LSMW to download material master quality view- contact persons.
Please tell me which table I have to use for this.

Use KNVK table
I HAVE TO UPLOAD VENDOR CONTACT PERSON .
Can I use the standard vendor master LSMW to do this or how?

Yes, you can use LSMW or BAPI
Which data you want to download? There is no contact person in material master quality view. Explain the requirement with more detail.
