We are running SAP ECC6 on Windows 2008 / SQL Server 2008 R2 in a hosted domain, let's call it H. For a long time we have been running SNC SSO effectively from our AD domain B. There is a trust relationship between H and B. We are now moving to a new AD domain C. There is a trust relationship between B and C and users have been replicated in both AD domains. We have set up a trust relationship between domains H and C.
Users that use domain C are using Windows 10 while users on domain B are using Windows 7 Enterprise SP1. Using the SAP GUI without SNC (SAP Login screen) works perfectly from domain C. However we cannot get single sign on using SNC working for valid SAP users from domain C regardless of the settings in the GUI or the SAP user account. The same users work fine from domain B and have done for some time.
We are not using Kerberos for SSO. Our SNC names are in the form p:domain\username. The error message we are getting is in the subject line.
I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction.
Thanks.
