To convert an user ID into firefighter ID

Hi All,

There is a requirement of creating new firefighter ID . I have created the user ID . Please let me know how to convert that into firefighter ID. the security tab has been disabled and i am getting the error "These settings are NOT required anymore."

Hi,

User type of firefighter should be service type and the issue you are facing with error ""These settings are NOT required anymore." are because of SP. Also check with your basis team they have upgraded the support pack level of virsa component.

In SP8 and above security setting are not required these can be maintained via SU01.

Check note:Note 1319031 - Unable to log on to FF/SPM dashboard after applying SP's and also check already threads on same.http://
