Collective Search Help in PA30

Hi all,

I have a issue in Collective Search Help in PA30. By default the hierarchical structure has been enabled. Since the data is huge in the system, it is timing out when ever i click Collective search help (left side pane in PA30).

Could any one let me know, if there is anyway to change the it?
