Workflow Issues

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded the MDM version from 5.5.64.79 to 5.5.65.71.After upgradation we are facing issues related to the

workflows.

1) Workflows table is disabled in data manager.

2) Getting error when we tried to open workflows in workflows table.

Error Launching visio

There is no path information for worklfow. vsl in registry.

3) Not able to see any options(All, available, completed, cascaded...etc) under worklfows tab in data manager.

What could be the cause for the above issues?

    Hello Narendra

    Please check what is workflow version was installed in your PC(where was installed your Data Manager)

    I mean, you should install new version of workflow too.

    • Hi,

      I agree with Kanstantsin. Looks like MDM Workflow component is either not installed on your machine (where data manager is installed) or is of some other version than MDM server.

      Please reinstall the MDM workflow component. Restart MDM Data manager and it should work then.

    try this, reinstall the MS Visio 2003
