Problem in release procedure for a po having two diff plants..

I am not able to release a po having 2 diff plants.I have checked release characteristics plants and puchase group are already assigned.Kindly suggest.

make separate PO for each plant. do not make a single PO for both the plants

It is not a good idea to have Release Strategy for item level fields where those fields will vary. Either remove Plant from the Release Strategy or create POs for single Plants as previously suggested

I believe the Release Strategy will work if in the Characteristics (CL24N) Plant is left blank but then what is the point.
