FileDownload element not visible

Hi

I created a FileDownload element in my view but unlike the FileUpload element created earlier it is nowehere to be seen on the layout (as well as on the url page). I've checked the properties (enabled, visibility) and they are all fine.

Changing the behaviour property doesn't help either.

Any ideas?
