No selection of transaction types in STWB_2 or SOLAR02 for ticket creation?

Hi,

we do use multiple transactions types in our SolMan for Incident, Testmessages etc..

When I start the transaction NOTIF_CREATE I get a popup in which I have to choose the correct transaction type.

This is standard functionality.

When I want to create a ticket/incident within the transaction STWB_2 I do not get the popup. There the default value which is customized in DNO_CUST04 is set by the system.

This is a problem, beacause my default transaction type in DNO_CUST04 should NOT be the testmessage. It should be the incident. In that case I only can create incidents with the function in STWB_2.

Why isn't it possible get the popup to choose the transaction type in STWB_2 while creating a ticket?

Same happens e.g. within SOLAR02.
