Delete Payroll Result for 1 Employee

Hi

Payroll has run for all emplyees and it is has been posted also.

Now for 1 employee the payroll needs to be deleted.

I know, that I have to reverse the document and then only I can delete the payroll result of this employee. But will this reversal not affect all the payroll postings of all the employees?

please let me know how I can delete the payroll result of this particular employee without affecting anyone else
