Hello all,
Is it possible to get the dialogue response time statistics in Service Level Report from the data collected by CCMSPING? I have configured CCMSPING and I could see the reponse time data in RZ20 and in CPH. But how can I show that in SL Report? Currently SL Report is only taking the data about the availability and I couldn't find any specific configuration to bring the response time data there.
Please help me.
