Leave Request : Supervisor sees own Leave Request instead of employee

Hello,

We are experiencing a production issue in the Portal concerning leave requests.

Scenario

Employee Requests Leave and Submits to Supervisor. Supervisor Receives Employees Leave Request in UWL via Portal

When Supervisor clicks the link in UWL, the entry does not display the leave requested by the employee but instead displays it as if the supervisor has requested leave for himself ?. This is incorrect.

In other words

"requestor name in leave request approval screen is shown as the immediate supervisor instead of the employee who is actually requesting the leave"

This is happening only for this particular employee in Production. all other employees are working fine.
