Stock transfer from IM to EWM location

Hi Experts,

I want to move the stock from IM location to EWM location. I have done transfer posting through 311 movement type but it was triggering Outbound delivery instead of Inbound delivery. Is any configuration is missing like Doc type and Item type. As i mentioned ECC delivery type as DIG and item type as DIGN but it was strucking in queue saying that No delivery type for item category HSTP.

Can you please provide your valuable inputs?

System checks the mapping of Delivery doc type with mov type. In the event of moving the stock from ECC to EWM, Ensure movement type 312 is linked with Del Doc type DIG

Hello Santosh,

When product is transferred from IM to EWM managed storage location, it creates Inbound delivery.I tested this in my system and it worked fine for me.

1) You need check the delivery type DIG, in case of Inbound delivery has below configuration.

The order required must be O: Goods movement through Inbound/ Posting change/Outbound delivery.

Generally HSTP item types in delivery is fetched through delivery type DTR which is a posting change delivery.

2) Delivery item type settings in ERP

4) Delivery type mapping in EWM.

5) Item types mapping in EWM.
