I'm trying to setup an Access Level to enable some users to promote from our POC to TST Environment. The intent is to limit it to documents from folders that the users can access. When testing it I notice that I can see folders and documents to which the user doesn't ordinarily have access to in Launchpad. This is in the Add Objects window in Promotion Management. I can also add those documents to the promotion job. I've confirmed that if I login to Launchpad I can't access those folders/documents. How do I limit the tree structure in that window?
Joe Peters, It looks like that was it. I don't think I was mimicking the exact workflow from scratch. It's behaving as I would expect when creating a new job. Thanks.
