How to customize User admin in EP 6

Hi All,

Is there any way by which we can customize User admin in EP 6, we want to change Automatic Password generation functionality means when user click on automatic password generation check box then we gets an auto generated rendom number password but we need a password "Abcd1234" every time when user selects that option.

The same functionality we are looking for Login Page link Reset Password i dont know how to achive that.
