Run Time Issue

I currently have SAP Crystal Dashboard Design, personal edition on my laptop and have been using it successfully with Windows 10 and Microsoft 2013. We recently loaded Microsoft 2016 on the laptop and realised there was an issue with Crystal dashboard. The laptop has been reverted back to office 2013 however we are encountering a run time error (attached) runt-time-error.jpg when trying to open the program. The SAP product was uninstalled and reinstalled however the error still occurs. The product was also run as administrator which did not assist.

Can you please guide us on how to rectify this issue.
