Restrict GR for process order

Hi Experts,

Please help in following case:

Currently system restricting for doing GR for process order if confirmation has not done. But system allowing to do GR if phases of process order confirm. My requirement is system should restrict GR till all phases & its secondery resources get confirm. Then only its allow to GR. How to achieve this

Dear Raja,

As mention by Velmurugan User Exit or User Status helps you to restrict such confirmations.

You can also restrict the same by restricting the Authorization of T.Code MB31.GR can by done through confirmation only.

Now restrict the overlapping of phase confirmation, maintain FS relation between phases so that user has to complete all phase confirmations before reaching the last phase were auto GR is applied.

Hi,

Select all phase then at bottom their is icon called phase relation (icon like ball I think 0 click on that system will show you relation like FS,FF SS SF so for you select FS.

Hi Raja,

First analyse How GR is restricted if confirmation is not done.It may be done by

1 User Status or

2. User exist or control.

Since system is allow you GR when order hast Status PCNF ,some check that User status or User exist where that control is written.
