We have a series of deliveries that were closed by a right click and then "close" selected.

If the delivery ticket number is now searched a response of "No Matching Record found" appears.

These delivery tickets still appear in open item lists and in open deliveries in the business partner file.

How can we re-open these deliveries so they can be closed correctly.
