Cell Editor in Query Designer Logic

Hi

I am using 2 Structures (KF& Char(Restriction) in my Query and using the cell editor i am defining some calculactions with reference to some Key Figures in the rows

So when the query is executed....which logic will execute firsts....KFs & CHAR's in Rows & Columns and then Cell editor or vise versa
