Reporting on Properties

Hi All,

Is it possible to report on the Properties similar to how you can report on Hierarchy groupings. i.e. I want to be able to report by the Properties and be able to sum the numbers up by Properties e.g.

Cost Center Property Amount

CC1 PC1 100

CC2 PC1 200

CC3 PC2 245

I want to create a report which looks like the below -

PC1 300

PC2 245

Option i) - to create a hierarchy on the Cost Center with PC1 and PC2 as different nodes and then report based on the Hierarchy.

Any other options ?
