HR security - why some users able to see changes, and some users next day

Hi Gurus,

Please throw some light on this.

Some data load happened in HR system. 2 users able to see these changes immediately, and other users are able to see these changes next day only after index batch job execution.

When I compare the structural authorization profiles, I have found that these two users having following profiles with object type * value.

profile plan version object type object id evalpath

ALL_DISPLAY 01 * 00000000

ALL_SUPER ** * 00000000

So please let me know when * is there, then index job update not required? is it the reason why these two users able to see changes immediately.
