Deleted PO details

Hi,

We make a PO through ME21N of STO for 1 line item. Problem is that, that PO was created through developed user logon by mistake. we delete that PO from EKKO after that.

Now can we find that from which user id make that PO.

You can also check in standard report ME2N , ME2M, ME2L there is change leyout tab you can select Deletion indcatior and filter the all deleted PO.

Hi Anil,

If you delete PO from Data base livel still You can find the detais within Two days after that it is not possibel.

T.code STAD, enter the time of deletion, You many not have access for this transaction. please contact Basis team then can help you.

check table ESDUS with SE16 and try to find an entry that has this PO number.

By the way, the bigger mistake is to delete an entry from table EKKO, as this certainly created inconsistencies in your system.

Physical deletions must only be done thru archiving .
