Change left frame in SUS

Hello all, I am trying to change left frame that appears when an user login in SUS system.

I know that these options appears taking into account all roles that have each user, for example, if an user has role administrator, there appears all options for administrators (monitor business partners, etc...)

How can I change it? I think is in framework BSP's but I don´t know how exactly is the process to change them.
