IDOC : Limit no of records

Hi,

I have a requirement where I have to genereate IDOC containing only 5000 records at one go. Also if reocrd of a employee splits between 2 IDOCs then it should be not sent into the first one while the second IDOC should send the same.

Please let me know what is the best way to deal with the above query.
