Not able to find Product in the search list.

Hi,

We are using CRM 3.0 and in Product Master transaction (SAP GUI) when we search product by

1. Product Type 'Material'

2. ID/Description: ABCD*

we are able to see list of products and their description starts with ABCD..... but one Product which is also starts with the ABCD

not available in the search list.

this material is below 100 list of search result.

Any suggestions in this please.

Hi Feder,

It seems you are using index table an the index has some inconsistency.

Are you using product index ? if yes then please check if the product has records in table

COMM_PRODUCT_IDX. If not then you need to delete the COM_PRODUCT_IDX_DELETE and then recreate it using COM_PRODUCT_IDX_CREATE.

You need to debug the Search API and check how exactly the search query is passed.
