Archivelink Workflow: Add 1 Document to x Business Objects

Hello Experts,

I have to set up an Archivelink Workflow, which leads a document through the system due to several approval steps, in the end the document will be linked to an existing business object (e. g. kna1 customer master). The problem is that there can be documents, which must be added to more than just one business objects but standard SAP Task 30001141 allows only 1 business object.

Is there a possibility to handle this with standard SAP-Tasks?

I think you can use TS30001117.

You have to maintain multiple Business Object in SOA0

Thanks for your posting. But I meant to post 1 document to x business objects, not object types. An example: there are new payment terms which are valid for 10 customer orders, so I want to link this single document to 10 orders.

Is this possible?

You mean to say a single image will be attached to multiple document?

This can be accomplished by either making your Workflow to have option to decide number of documents the image can be attached to and accordingly generating Standard Task accordingly to attach document for late archiving.
