Reverse of profit document

Hello, could you, please let me know whether its possible to reverse PCA document different way than 1ke8?

We have PCA document created only for 1 line item then I sent FI document again to PCA wiht both lines items but now the first -original PCA document needs to be reversed.

is it possible?
