intercaompany sto

dear friends,

let me 1st tell you the scenario. we have two company code 1000, 2000. 1000 have plant A and 2000 have plant B. plant B sends PO to plant A and A delivers it directly to B. can you please help me out. i think i need to configure intercompany STO.

any suggestion welcome. configuration in detail is really appreciable.
