Problems With the Logging on and Mangement Console

Hi All,

I successfully installed the SAP Netweaver Trial a few days ago on my Windows Vista PC. Everything was working fine. However, I am not able to log on any more. I am constantly recieving this message when logging on:

partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' not reached

From the Mangement console I can see that sapcpe.exe and strdbs.cmd "could not be started". I think my loop back adapter is setup accordingly so I am not sure how these guys are not properly starting. Can anyone please give me some help? Thanks.
