Open Hub question

Hi,

To create Open Hub the old way (3.5) using InfoSpoke, we can create directly in Production.

To create Open Hub the new way (7.0) we need Transformation.

and we cannot create Transformation directly in Production.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

or we should not create Open Hub directly in production?
