Configurations in HR



1) I am working with PA40 for hiring employees. Unortunately, systems displays many IT one after the other and some of them are unnecesary. I don´t find a place in customizing (nor information in SDN) for defining the ITs that must be called by system when I work with that action.

2) in PA20 or PA30 system displays 7 folders (as a grouping of ITs) and every one has any number of ITs. I want to add a new folder for customer ITs and later these ITs. How can I do that ??
