Information on SAP CRM 7

Hello

I am really new to SAP CRM 7.0. Although i have been working on ABAP for past 4 years now, i am finding it really difficukt to get a hold on CRM now.

Can anyone please suggest me the books\links and stuff to learn the software in a more efficient way.
