Cant able to change adminstrator password

Hello experts,

Im facing problem when i m changing the administrator password by using the change paswd option in sap business one 2005,pl25.

Im already logged as administrator, then also it cant change, when i enter the new paswd and click on update button, its give dmp error and shutdown the sap.

Please let me knw any suggestion to resolve this problem.
