When I am doing PGI, the error, I am getting : " No delivery relevant items in order 0000756051 order, order type OR.

I checked in sales order no 756051, is maintained schedule lines and confirmed Qty is there.

I dont know why this error I am getting. Pls help me to sort out this problem.

Hi

Rakesh

First check what is the date after confirmation or avialbility check that you got.

In VL01n u have to input same for generating delivery even though u are doing delivery at earlier date.

Check what is the plant and shipping point in order line vs delivery . Are the default values different.

Also check schedule line type which is triggered.

I think correction of these will do the work for you.

>Inside in Business data you will have "Item Relevent For Delivery"

Mark that and Save your Schedule Line

I already cheked in schedule line category, it is activated Item relevant for delivery.

The same shipping point is in delivery as well.

Are you Creating any "Cash Sales" ? If yes means -

> Go to VL02N and Pick Quantity and do PGI

In Cash Sales once u Save Order .System Automatically Created Delivery for that. Again if yo go to VL01N to Create System Gives "the Error which your are Facing"

No I am creating test data in QAS client then I got this error.

I am wondering to find the reason but still didnt get any solution.

Hi Rakesh,

Please check the steps given below.

Go to VA02 --> Check the document flow --> is there any delivery created before?

Go to VA02 --> Check the item category --> is that Text item category or which type of item category this is?

Go to VA02 --> Check the schdule line --> Is it delivery relevent. (Go to VOV6 and check that schdule line like which type of movement there?)

Hi ,

The reason you getting this error is because the date you trying to create delivery may be before to what schedule line has.

Please check the materia aval date and then put the same in VL01n . You will be able to create delivery.
