Enabling Live Office


I am using Crystal Reports 2008 and Xcelsius Engage (purchased as a bundle). I want to use the Live Office capability. The Xcelsius help says to go to FILE-PREFERENCES-EXCEL OPTIONS and then explains the different settings.

When I got to FILE-PREFERENCES-EXCEL OPTIONS my very first choice which is ENABLE LIVE OFFICE COMPATIBILITY is greyed out an unavailable to me. I thought I read somewhere that LIVE OFFICE was included in Xcelsius Engage. Does anyone know if that is correct? If so, what do I have to do to get Xcelsius to realize that and turn on the ENABLE LIVE OFFICE COMPATIBILITY option.

If it isn't included, is it available for free from Business Objects, or is this something we need to purchase to make Crystal Reports and Xcelsius interact together? We bought the combined Crystal Reports/Xcelsius bundle so we could use them together. It would seem that if LIve Office is necessary for this, then it should have been (and may be ) included in our bundle.
