Changes to the Vendor replication configuration for SRM

I want to make changes to the vendor replication from ECC to SRM. We are at 5.5 extended classic shop and want to only replicate selected field or exclude selected field from the checking of the field.

Can someone tell we where I can change the config for the portal. When in SRM Portal and under Manage SRM>Manage Business Partrners> Manage Organizational Data and in edit mode or change mode I want to make the Emails and phone number not required or at least make it a warning instead of a required field when you edit the data.
