Retrieval of a deleted component

HI Friends,

We got our self in one fix.

Some how, we are managed to delete one standard UI Component.

Now we are struggling to recover it. Is there any way to retrieve a whole component with all it views and controllers?

If you have any idea, please let me know.

    HI frnds,

    I came to know that there are some tables, which hold all the Objects and we need to check/change there status in them.

    Any Idea how we can do that?
