How can i increase the text field characters in standard t-code like f-43

Dear All,

I am giving the text in the text field, but i can't give text more than 50 characters .

It is fixed within 50 characters.So, i don't want this limitation in this text field in t-code like f-43

or any other standard t-codes.So,how can i increase the length of text field in standard t-code.

Please give your opinion.
