Training and Event Management Issues

Dear friends

In Training and Event Management our requirements are

1. we want to assign an internal trainer to the business event, this is possible, but our exact requirement is that when we assign an employee as a trainer, all the employees are visible in the list, but we need only list of employee who are selected as trainers

2. The same external instructor is representing 2 companies and conducting training (ex. Mr.X an external instructor, is representing Both external training providing companies A company and B company) how to assign one external instructor two companies?

3. the other aspect is that we can generate the correspondence to the attendees, individually registration confirmation and training attendance confirmation, here the requirement is that the nominations HOD will nominate the attendees and the registration confirmation for Business event need to send to HOD directly but not for the individual employees. For example from Finance Dept 6 employees are booked for the a Business Event, so HOD of Finance Dept should receive the correspondence containing the all the 6 employees list.

Please provide some inputs on these issues
