Unhandled exception has occured ....... Out of memory

Hi,

I am not sure exactly which category to put this error in, but I need some assistance and was hoping someone can help.

One of my SAP B1 Client workstations gets is getting an error message,

'Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

Out of Memory."

I know this looks like a windows system error but the user gets this when trying to run reports using the Crystal Report Viewer with SAP B1.

What are the exact versions of .net required to run Crystal Reports viewer?

I have installed .net version 1.1, 2 SP2, 3 SP2 and 3.5 SP1.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?
