Blank UWL Page

Some users are getting blank UWL page while accessing the same. I have tried to clear user specific personalization cache at portal level but could see any personalized views for the same user.

Did any one has experienced the same issue and can anyone help me out in providing solution to this.

Best Regards

Check the iview that you are using in your configuration. If only some of the users are seeing the issue do you have a specific iview configured for them?

A lot of the times without realizing it, you may configure two iviews associated with the role, where only one is visible.

The iview is provided as standard by SAP, but the role that is used is custom defined, and you can define which iview to use. So a lot of the times the wrong iview is opened.

This is easy to test if you can temporarily add the following to the user:

Log on to the portal with an id that has tasks in the UWL and can

access the PCD. (temporarily give this to the end user) -->Go to Content Administration ---> Portal content

    1. Content provided by SAP

    2. End user content

    3. Standard Portal users

    4. Iviews

    6. open the folder

    7. right click on the Universal Worklist

    8. and display a preview.

Can one of users who is getting a blank page usually, display the Universal Worklist from here? If so, then there may be an issue with your iview/role.

    Best Regards,
