Trouble in getting a permanent license of Business Objects XI3.1

Hi experts

We have business objects 3.1 installed with temporary license. now we want to get a permanent license for it.

However when we use http://service.sap.com/licensekey to apply permanent license ,at the step 4 Product data. We cann't find our product BusinessObjects XI3.1 in th dropdown list but only Crystal Reports and Xcelius show.

below is my steps to apply license

1. select installation

BOBJ BusinessObjects Enterprise

2. select System

press "new license"

3. System data

System ID :BOB System Type:Production System Operating System :NT/INTEL

4. Product data

Product /Material ,there is no BusinessObjects Xi 3.1

Is anything i missed in applying the license ?

what should i do to get the permanent license ?
