ESS - Personal Info Subarea Issue; ECC 5.0/ EP7 EHP5

Hi:

In ESS under the Personal Information subarea, the Address and Personal Data service links are supposed to be showing for the following countries: U.S., Malaysia, U.K., and Finland. For U.K. and Finland, both services are displaying. However, for U.S. and Malaysia, only the Address service is displayed. The Personal Data service is missing.

A while ago, both services were displayed for all 4 countries and we did not have this issue. The only thing that has changed since was that we upgraded the portal to EP7 EHP5.

Upon research, I followed the instructions under note 797174 by transporting the table entries of t7xssserstring & t7xssserstrlan from client 000 to our working client but I still have the issue.

The configuration for Address and Personal Data service is the same for all 4 countries so I am not sure what caused the issue or where I need to check?

Does anyone have any ideas?
